You are standing outside Matthias General Hospital, a narrow grey-stone building with a fountain at its entrance.
Lights are on inside, and red, green and white Christmas lights edge the windows. A supply crate has been dropped here. There are two dead bodies here.
You smash the side of the crate open. Inside, you find two loaded shotguns and some loose shells.
