You recognise Jacob Starr, Zoudini, Stubbs the rebel, Jason Henry, Franklin Dobbs, Mister Bippers, shamblepus, Medic Montoya, Dirk Quincy McBadass, A stray dog, Alex Station, Javier Cross, Al Wilmarth, Belle Snow, ClassyZombie, Maxwell Gore, Tyrant T 002, Marine1350 and FeedTheMeat amongst them.

You are inside Tarasius General Hospital, one of the city's psychiatric hospitals. The building has been completely ransacked, and has fallen into ruin. A thin layer of dust covers the debris.
