Last time at Ft Creedy we learned some lessons.

You are inside Hildebrand Mall. Trails of looted debris litter the floors and escalators. The building has been extremely heavily barricaded. A portable generator has been set up here. It is running, and powering a radio transmitter that's currently set to 27.77 MHz. One of the shops has been decorated with an African painting.
